We make 2 kinds of Italian Sausage – mild and spicy.  Cook on the grill, put in a bun, add peppers and onions, and you have a great summer time Italian sausage sandwich.  Cook our sausage in tomato sauce and pour it over your favorite pasta for lunch or dinner.   When the weather gets cooler, it is good in Jambalaya, in chili, and on pizza.  Anytime you use sausage in your recipes, use Graffeo Bros.
