Who We Are

    Our grandfather, Vito Graffeo, opened his first grocery store around 1906 in Pratt City. At that time he decided he wanted to produce  authentic Sicilian Italian sausage and Graffeo Italian Sausage is the result.  Some years later, he opened his second grocery store in Ensley. Two of his sons, Jake & Joseph, operated that store. They were the Graffeo Brothers. Their sons, Joe, Andy and Victor are the 3rd. generation Graffeos making Italian sausage the way our grandfather taught us.
